Converting capabilities at Bloomer Plastics, Inc., include:

• Rewinding
• Center folding (Folding of a film along the length to obtain a two layered product with half the width.)
• C-folding (Folding of a film along the length to obtain a two layered product with flaps folded on each side of the folded product. The folded film profile looks like a stapled pin from a stapler.)
• J-folding (Folding of a film along the length to obtain a two layered product with one layer wider than the other.)

We manufacture a variety of films that can be welded using the following methods:

• RF
• Heat
• Ultrasonic

We also produce films suitable for silicone and adhesive coating.
