Bloomer Plastics Cast Nylon 6 Films are manufactured to customer specification: Monolayer, Coextruded, and Extrusion Coated to various substrates. We offer multiple emboss patterns, widths from 2.5" to 72" and thicknesses from 2-10 mils. Our Nylon film is produced in natural and various colors; BPI will do custom color matches if your application warrants.

Nylon offers increased ink adhesion for printing, and we can Corona treat on one or both sides of the material to enhance the printing capabilities for your application.
