At Bloomer Plastics Inc. we specialize in the production of custom cast embossed polyolefin and nylon films for various industries. We've been a manufacturer of monolayer polyethylene films for over 40 years with the capabilities to design and manufacture custom embossed films in a variety of film types and for a wide range of applications. We produce films in a variety of widths and thicknesses depending on the film formulation, emboss pattern, width, and thickness as a single wound sheet (SWS) on a roll with a max outside diameter of 22"; we do offer some materials as a SWS with a 41" OD.

Film products can be manufactured with materials such as polyethylene, polypropylene and their copolymers, and nylon resins; materials can include fillers, additives, and release agents, and various laminates. Our products can be manufactured in many widths and thicknesses depending on materials. Emboss patterns are available in taffeta, matte, and diamond, as well as dimple, linen, leather grain, and many more.

Our facility is ISO 9001:2008 certified; we take quality seriously and can provide the testing and lab analysis to meet the most stringent requirements.
