Company History

Bloomer Plastics, Inc., was founded in 1971 in Bloomer, a small town nestled in Wisconsin's Chippewa Valley. The company was formed to service custom niche markets requiring embossed polyolefin films for industrial applications.

Over the years our Company has grown in all aspects - sales revenue, number of employees, shipping volume, products, and customer base. In 1990, we expanded to our current 80,000 square foot manufacturing facility. In 2007, Bloomer Plastics shipped over 30,000,000 pounds of custom cast embossed films to companies around the world. Our emphasis on quality and customer service in specialty films is the primary reason for our continued success.

Bloomer Plastics provides state of the art technical resources and extensive experience in custom film manufacturing. Unlike large companies, our R&D engineers are part of our production department. Our sales engineers are on the production floor every day. Our customers receive direct answers from people who know. It is our business to be ready to respond to customer needs with a sense of urgency. We believe this combination is one of our most important assets.
