Vinyl Replacement Films

Bloomer Plastics Inc.'s vinyl replacement films are custom manufactured to your specifications. Our films are available in thickness of 1.5 - 30.0 mil and widths up to 84". The film is manufactured with polyethylene copolymers to give you an environmentally friendly film. The vinyl replacement film is custom produced in a wide variety of colors and natural. We are able to incorporate a number of functional additives such as: UV inhibitors, anti-static, degradable, and fire retardants. See our Capabilities page for additional additives and patterns.

Bloomer Plastics' vinyl replacement films offer many advantages over conventional PVC films.

Polyethylene films are lower density, providing greater coverage per pound (up to 33%)
Does not contain chlorine, resulting in no dioxin or acid formation when incinerated
No plasticizers to migrate
Can be produced to degradable
