Vinyl Replacement

Bloomer Plastics' vinyl replacement films are custom manufactured to your specifications. Our films are available in thickness of 1.5-30.0 mil and widths up to 84”. The film is manufactured with polyethylene copolymers to give you an environmentally friendly film. The vinyl replacement film is custom produced in a wide variety of colors and natural. We are able to incorporate a number of functional additives such as: UV inhibitors, anti-static, biodegradable, and fire retardants. See our Capabilities page for additional additives and patterns.

Bloomer Plastics' vinyl replacement films offer many advantages over conventional PVC films.

• Polyethylene films are lower density, providing greater coverage per pound (up to 33%)
• Does not contain chlorine, resulting in no dioxin or acid formation when incinerated
