1) Product returns and allowances for reasons of non-conformance to requirements shall represent less than 0.5% of sales.

2) The number and severity of required corrective actions will exhibit a downward trend over time.

3) 98% of orders shall be delivered on or before the contract receipt date.

Bloomer Plastics provides state of the art technical resources and employees with extensive experience in film manufacturing. Our R&D engineers are part of our production department and our sales engineers are on the factory floor every day.
